Overview When the team at Kia decided to build an in-house gym for their staff, they turned to trusted partners. Fitness Depot Ottawa had already equipped the space with great pieces — but brought us in to take it even further. The result is a clean, functional, and versatile gym.

The Challenge The space was already well on its way but needed key elements to tie it together. Equipment for daily use, smart accessories for variety without clutter, and a setup encouraging every employee.

The Solution Teamed up with Fitness Depot Ottawa to deliver:

• Two Alpha Half Racks with landmine attachments, spotter arms, and Olympic bars
• Two Star Trac Treadmills and one Star Trac Elliptical
• Alpha Adjustable Benches and a Flat Bench
• TRX Suspension Trainer, plyobox, and accessory storage
• Full set of hex dumbbells with compact racking

Why It Works The collaboration worked because each partner brought strengths. Fitness Depot supplied foundational pieces, Alpha added custom-selected gear. The space supports strength, cardio, mobility, and functional work.
