Overview As part of its holistic approach to employee wellness, Air Canada created the UBY Centre an innovative space at its Montreal headquarters dedicated to the physical and mental health of its workforce. Designed to promote balance, vitality, and community, the center offers a wide range of services tailored to support employee wellbeing. Alpha Fitness was proud to contribute to this vision by upgrading several pieces of equipment to ensure the space met both functional and branding goals.

What Makes This Facility Unique The UBY Centre reflects Air Canada's leadership in workplace wellness through thoughtful design and amenities:

The Challenge The goal was not to build a gym from scratch, but to enhance the existing space with high-impact upgrades. Equipment needed to be functional, durable, visually consistent with the brand, and versatile enough to serve a diverse employee base with varying fitness levels.
